Make confident decisions working with
A Team You Can Trust
Real venue experience. Data driven research. A team that's been exactly where you are, and stays with you through every phase of your project.
A POWERFUL COMBINATION
Every Recommendation is Built on Two Things

DATA DRIVEN RESEARCH
Numbers You Can Actually Trust
Get a plan backed by real market research, financial modeling, and industry benchmarking, not a gut feeling dressed up in a slide deck. When you bring it to your board, your city council, or your funders, it delivers clarity and confidence to move forward.

REAL WORLD VENUE EXPERIENCE
Guidance from People Who've Sat in Your Seat
You're not getting theory from someone who only read about running a venue. Your plan is developed by people who've launched projects from concept to opening night, managed the budgets and the box office, and taken the 11pm phone calls. That's a difference you'll feel in every conversation.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
Decades of Experience, Not Just Consultants
You deserve a straight, research backed answer, not a cookie-cutter report. That's the standard this team delivers each step of the process. Together with the TheatreDNA family, your project gets a deeper bench of real venue experience and research firepower, without losing the boutique, hands on attention Assembly Arts is known for.

Assembly Arts
1. Most projects start with a single question: is this viable? That question gets answered through a feasibility study grounded in research and real operating experience, so you know exactly what you're getting into before a single dollar is committed.
2. When you're ready to plan and design, TheatreDNA is ready to carry that same relationship forward. Same trust, same understanding of your project, no starting over halfway through.
3. And once the doors open, this is where you circle back, for operations, staffing, and management, so the plan you paid for doesn't sit on a shelf. It actually sustains your organization in year one, year five, and beyond.
Planning and operating stay in one place. Design and building happen with a partner who already know your project. That's the whole lifecycle, covered, so you're never handed off to someone starting from zero.
MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
The People You'll Actually Work With

Teresa Koberstein
Founder, Assembly Arts
Teresa has spent her career in the trenches of arts and cultural venues, as a theater artist, an administrator, a finance director, and a researcher. She's run programs, managed budgets, and brought buildings from concept to opening night. She founded Assembly Arts to give cultural leaders the rigorous, honest research she wished she'd had access to earlier in her own career.

Alex Hargis
TheatreDNA
Alex ran municipal venues before moving into consulting, so when a city client calls, he's already been in their seat. He leads the strategy work that connects Assembly Arts and TheatreDNA into one seamless experience across the full venue lifecycle.

Benton Delinger
TheatreDNA
Benton brings a strong classical music background, deep regional theatre ties and large international performing arts experience to every project. He's spent his career helping venues and organizations translate artistic vision into workable, fundable plans.

Michael Ferguson
TheatreDNA
Michael has spent his career on the design and construction side of performance venues, with strong regional theatre relationships built over decades in the field. He helps make sure the plan built with you is one that actually gets built.
