Lord Cultural Resources hired Teresa Koberstein in October 2018 for research and analysis services on New York State Council of the Arts (NYSCA) grantmaking for its strategic plan

​

CHALLENGE   NYSCA was interested in learning how it could serve New York artists and arts organizations in a more equitable manner.

​

RECOMMENDATIONS  Utilizing data and insights, our report highlighted areas where additional resources may be employed in serving the identified underserved populations and communities.
